Whether you want to speak your mind, send a heartfelt text, or make a witty pronouncement on social media, this book of cards is full of shareable sentiments penned by N.Y.C-based artist and designer Adam J. Kurtz. Some are compliments, others are affirmations, and a few are simply bids for attention ("Ok, so do you like me, or do you like "like me", like me?"). Snap a picture of a card and post it digitally or remove it from the book and send it via snail mail. As one online reviewer of Adam's work aptly points out: "Most people seem to either preach about the way technology has brought us closer together or damn it for destroying human interaction, but Adam J. Kurtz is one of the rare few who effectively uses our relationship with technology to reignite our connection to the physical and one another." Adam's first book, One Page at a Time: A Daily Creative Companion (Perigee, November 2014) is available in 11 foreign editions (key territories are Brazil, UK, France, Spain, Russia, and Germany). His next book, Pick Me Up, will be published in October 2016. This book of postcards will be published in Spring '17, along with an open-dated planner and a set of notebooks.
