The Adventures of Heracles (Hercules) Smith

2017 | Fiction & Poetry

Heracles Smith, the son of Terry and Penelope, half Greek and half English, with extraordinary strength and a black belt in judo, jiu-jitsu and karate, will do his utmost to help people in danger. As a shy and gentle man, he is kind and surprisingly brave when most would turn a blind eye to avoid trouble. Bearing in mind his mother's Spartan motto, "To return from battle victoriously with the shield, or upon it", Heracles becomes more than what could be expected from any human being. Heracles is threatened by a madman with a knife, a bank robber with a shotgun, a ferocious lion, a python, encounters a family whose car is in flames and many more life-threatening situations - join him on his adventures and be inspired by his courage!
