The Architect Says: A Compendium of Quotes, Witticisms, Bons Mots, Insights, and Wisdom on the Art of Building Design

2012 | Architecture & Design

This is a book of quotations by and about architects, and architecture. One quotation per page, the quote on the left and right side of the spread will in some way respond to each other. The Architect Says will resemble a dinner party, with an architect from the eighteenth century sitting next to one practicing today, or two contemporary architects talking to each other: complimenting, competing, disagreeing. Occasionally, a critic will add his or her two cents to the mix.
