The Bluebell Railway is the premier preserved line. Some eighteen visits were made by David Christie, mostly in the transformative 1969-1972 period when the line was changing from a sleepy little branch to one with bigger engines. With an array of incredible unpublished photography covering the heyday of this iconic line, from 1964 to 1993, Christie offers a wonderfully nostalgic and brilliantly evocative record of this wonderful period in the life of the Bluebell Railway.
