Charlie's Farm (2014)

Set in Australia, this newer slasher stars (Ugh) Tara Tied, Kane Hodder, Bill Moseley and a beast of a man, Nathan Jones, who portrays title character and all around mad man, Charlie.
The movie follows Reid, her boyfriend and two of their friends as they search out Australian urban legend Charlie. A boy orphaned thirty or so years before when his parents were lynched and killed for murdering and cannibalizing workers on their pig farm.
What follows is nothing but sheer gore, horror and a few jump scares that provide the viewer with exactly what you are looking for in a horror film.
I won't give away the ending or any details of the film. But there are a few shocking scenes that had this viewer cringing with ghost pain. And Nathan Jones portrays Charlie with an almost childlike innocence, even though he's slaughters his victims, he seems to be playing with them.
It was a fun ride that had me cheering for the killer... And I haven't done that since Friday the 13th: The New Blood.
