2018 | Fiction & Poetry
A woman in her mid-thirties has worked at a convenience store for years in Japan. She is not married, nor has she looked for a more professional job. Her family and friends view this as a failure, and put pressure on her to fit into society's norms. She is socially awkward, and would rather stay where she is, but she also wants to fit in so that people stop bothering her about such issues. She must find her way in her little world, along side other strange characters that work and shop at her convenience store each day.
