This book was an okay read. It wasn't exactly a page turner at first, but it did get better as the book went on. This isn't my go-to genre to read, but it did seem to transport me back in time to Deadwood. I have visited Deadwood with my husband so this is why I decided to read this book. The main character is likeable and it has a little bit of a plot twist near the end of the book. It is a very short read, and I'm not sorry that I read it.
