2017 | Biography
In 1914, three of Jessica Christian's maternal great-uncles - Bertram, Stanley and Roy George of Blandford Forum in Dorset - started their First World War service with the Dorset Yeomanry. Only Bertram, the eldest, would survive. This is the story of their wartime experiences told largely in their own words, through their letters home and a diary kept by Stanley during 1915, and illustrated with their own photographs.
