Pennytree golf course is dilapidated and dowdy, falling apart and failing to attract any customers. It has become the target of a takeover from the neighbouring course at Bentwood Country Club. Liberty Pennytree (Christy Tummond) decides to take drastic action; gorgeous girls in little more than bikinis and a fun filled 'cart-wash' are brought in to boost business. Soon Pennytree is booming again, and Bentwood issues the ultimate challenge: a golfing play-off with the winners taking over the loser's property!
