Do you go running, hiking, cycling or swimming? Link Helsana+ with Apple Health to have evidence of your activities.

MEMBERSHIPS
Are you a member of a gym or sports club? Get even more Plus points by sending us a photo of your membership card or invoice. We also reward you for your memberships in the fields of education, children and youth, animals, art, music, and much more.

PREVENTIVE HEALTH
Prevention is better than cure, and is good for your health. From relaxation and prevention classes to nutrition courses – with us, you can collect points in a wide range of areas. This also includes many early detection examinations.

LOYALTY TO HELSANA
We reward your longstanding loyalty and recommendations to others. We also top up your Plus point account when you conclude a long-term policy, use myHelsana or request a quote online.

DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS
Your starting position in the race for Plus points is level 1. Depending on how many points you collect, you can advance to level 5. And the higher your bonus level, the bigger the discounts you get from our partners. At the end of each calendar year, you have twelve months in which to keep your level or to advance.
