• Mobile Security Key and Touch ID – for faster log on, confirm transactions like bill payments, register and increase limit on HSBC Easy Pay, also to generate security code to log on to Internet Banking
• 3D Touch Support – use 3D Touch to generate security codes to log on and confirm transactions on Personal Internet Banking without opening the app (for iPhone 6s and above)
• Accounts – up-to-date view of your local and globally-linked banking and credit card accounts; plus transaction search
• Manage money – make local and foreign currency transfers and pay bills to new and existing merchants, set-up recurring payments in HKD, make transfers to your globally-linked accounts; use HSBC Easy Pay for transferring money (to eligible HSBC and Hang Seng Bank Limited accounts) using mobile numbers
• Siri support on HSBC Easy Pay - use Siri to send money to your friends (available for HSBC Easy Pay registered and Touch ID enabled customers) without opening the app
• Message us – send us a secure message and choose whether to receive a response by reply or a call back
• User-friendly design - new and improved design offering a smoother, streamlined experience
