Punishingly lengthy Argentine art-house film, usually shown as a series of (relatively) more endurable shorter instalments. The film comprises a number of independent quasi-narratives including a horror B-movie, a musical melodrama (bizarrely mixed up with a weird thriller about the search for immortality), a spy thriller, and so on. The real link between them is the presence of the same four actresses playing different roles in each one. The name 'La Flor' is derived from the diagram illustrating the film's structure, which resembles that of a flower.
