A 50-year-old nebbish debt collector, Yuji, tries to turn his life around when he meets the young and beautiful Kaoru. However, a crazy turn of events occurs when a gigantic alien jar falls from the sky, trapping thousands of people in the city. Alien parasites start to change people into hideous Necro-borg monsters. The Necro-borgs start fighting each other to the death, but Yuji retains his human consciousness and joins forces with a team of cops to save Kaoru and the city.
