Klijenti banke mala preduzeća i preduzetnici u svakom trenutku imaju na raspolaganju i:

• Informacije o stanju i prometu po dinarskim, deviznim i računima platnih kartica
• Domaće platne transakcije u dinarima.

Klijentima banke fizičkim licima je omogućeno i:

• plaćanje svih računa bez provizije, kao i kupovina i prodaja efektive bez provizije
• prenosi sredstava između dinarskih računa u banci,
• prenosi sredstava između deviznih računa bez konverzije valuta
• Informacije o platnim karticama i kreditima

KAKO POSTATI KORISNIK

Fizička lica, korisnici elektronskog bankarstva Raiffeisen banke, mogu postati korisnici aktiviranjem mobilnog tokena na jedan od tri načina: putem RaiffeisenOnLine aplikacije, posetom najbliže filijale ili pozivom Kontakt centra.
Fizička lica koja nisu korisnici elektronskog bankarstva, mogu postati korisnici podnošenjem Zahteva za korišćenje elektronskog bankarstva u filijali Raiffeisen banke a.d. Beograd.
Mala preduzeća i preduzetnici mogu postati korisnici podnošenjem Zahteva za korišćenje mobilnog i telefonskog bankarstva u ekspozituri Raiffeisen banke a.d. Beograd.

Moja mBanka enables you to access your accounts and execute payments quickly and easily with your mobile phone, no matter where you are.
Application is unique for private individuals, small enterprises and entrepreneurs.

Options available to all users:

• Offers from current campaigns of Raiffeisen banka

• Possibility of dialling the Contact Center

Small enterprises and entrepreneurs who are clients of the bank have at their disposal at any time:

• Information on the balance and movements on their dinar and FX accounts, as well as on their payment card accounts,
• Domestic payment transactions in dinars.

Private individuals who are clients of the bank also have the possibility to:

• Pay all bills without fees, as well as to buy and sell foreign currency without fees,
• Transfer funds between dinar current accounts held with the bank,
• Transfer funds between FX accounts without currency conversion,
• Obtain information on payment cards and loans.

HOW TO BECOME A USER

Private individuals, users of electronic banking provided by Raiffeisen banka, can become users by activating the mobile token in one of three ways: via the RaiffeisenOnLine application, by visiting the nearest branch office of the bank or by calling the Contact Center.
Individual persons who are not yet users of electronic banking can become users by submitting a request for using electronic banking services in any branch office of Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd.
Small enterprises and entrepreneurs can become users by submitting a request for using mobile and telephone banking in any branch office of Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd.
