I have promised my kids (now in their late teens) since first watching the show together, that if I win the lottery I will buy the rights to Mongrels & bring it back to TV. We loved this show for its charming bad taste from the opening shots of cats lovingly eating their deceased owner to the singalongs about mild racism. I recommend watching the `making of' midway or even prior to watching the full series as it shows the actual skill involved in making this fun.
