myIM3 is the new self-care application for Indosat Ooredoo customers. The application has personalized and dynamic offers that will give you more rewarding experience.
myIM3 is available for all Prepaid and Postpaid customers. For prepaid myIM3 provides menus to check balance, check internet quota and buy packages. For our postpaid customers, myIM3 provides menus for postpaid billing, check bill/unbilled usage, e-billing activation or change billing address, check internet quota and buy packages.
