An iPhone app that helps you to take a photo that meets the New Zealand standards required to apply for your passport on-line. Save yourself the cost of a professional photographer and get it right with the help of the app.
Your photo will need to be emailed to a regular desktop or laptop computer as the NZ Passport office does not currently support online applications or photo uploads from mobile devices or tablets.
* You must have someone take your photo with the back camera for best results. NO SELFIES.
* Full instructions provided on how to take an acceptable passport photo that will meet the standards required for a New Zealand passport.
* A template overlay that easily lines up your eyes to the standards required.
* A comparison screen with acceptable images for you to review your photo.
* Email so the image can be sent to your Regular desktop or laptop computer.
* Choose “actual size” when emailing your photo to ensure correct specifications required for online renewal images.
The final decision of image acceptability is made by the New Zealand Passport office. This app is independant from all NZ Government agencies.
