OpenRice Biz app is a vital tool for restaurant owners and staff to easily manage daily restaurant operations. From Table Bookings to creating attractive Offers, selling vouchers to supporting remote queuing, it is a one-stop solution catered for restaurant needs and maximizing exposure across all OpenRice platforms, regionally.


Dashboard

- The Dashboard is an overview for restaurants to see upcoming bookings and track coupon usage. There are also shortcuts to access Bookings, Vouchers, Coupons and Queuing status.


Booking Service

- Booking Offers: Attract diners during off peak hours and customize offers according to discounts, extra dining points, retention and last minute offers. These offers will have a very eye-catching areas across the OpenRice platforms.

- Create Bookings: Merchants can easily create bookings with a few simple clicks, along with additional features like selecting Special Requests.

- Confirm/ Edit Bookings: To ensure both merchants and OpenRice users have the best experience, simple UI to help confirm or amend any bookings easily

- Search: Quickly search out a booking by reference/ phone number, booking name,date and status- our merchants will never miss a booking again.


Coupon Service

- Merchants have the option to choose a Coupon only service, that comes with a verification QR scanner. You can now track the redemption rate today and the overall performance.


Notifications and Inbox

- In addition to creating booking in OpenRice Biz, we'll also be able to notify operational staff with all the relevant details of a diner and more, including special requests or any updates on booking made on users' side.

- FYI- we'll also send them reminders 24 hours and just before their booked meal time to ensure show up rate."


Voucher Service

- An e-commerce service to sell vouchers across our mobile platforms. Create, add a discount and track number of vouchers sold and redeemed!
- Verify offers via QR redemption


Queuing Service

- Let diners start queuing remotely through our mobile platforms (web and app)
