Based on a true story. After the massacre of innocent civilians aboard a Cargo ship on the Mekong River, the government of China initiates a joint operation with the governments of Thailand, Laos and Burma in an effort to bring a ruthless drug lord to justice. Gao Gang (Zhang Hanyu) leads an elite law enforcement unit to capture the drug lord and bring an end to his reign of terror in the Golden Triangle.
