Jack Sparrow finds himself captive on the legendary ship, Queen Anne's Revenge, after escaping capture from the authorities and reuniting with the beautiful Angelica (Penélope Cruz) who turns out to be the only woman that Sparrow has ever had any true feelings for, though he doesn't like to admit to it.
Whilst Barbossa and the Spanish also seek the fountain of youth for their own reasons, Jack must help Blackbeard to reach the fountain, in order to remain among the living.
