When the freelance survey ship Padmavati is pulled out of warp by the proximity of an uncharted gravity well in deep space, the crew discover an ancient alien vessel and a strange anomaly surrounded by colossal stones. Executive Officer Koby Solomon thinks exploring the vessel is a bad idea, but the ship’s captain makes the call to go anyway. When one of the Padmavati’s crew goes missing, a chain of terrifying events leaves Solomon struggling to keep the crew alive, and his sanity intact.
Something evil, and unbelievably ancient, has been awakened from its dark sleep.
