Ride the Rainbow

2016 | Fiction & Poetry

Attractive, young and living in a sought after area of London, Sarah appears to have it all. But, she needed something or someone in her life. Growing up around a world of cycle racing, where her father Jason Curzon made his fortune, she is keen to get involved on a personal level. Due to what appears to be 'bad luck', rider Bruce Connolly never quite makes it to the top of his game. With a bad reputation in the media as brash and a womaniser, Sarah with a proposition in mind, questions his background and reliability. Both aware of their sexual attraction for one another, they struggle to keep their distance. After a night out with his teammates, they find the house vandalised and themselves under attack. Is this just 'bad luck' when one of the major championships is about to begin or a message from someone involved within the sport?
