The easy way to plan your journey!

RuterReise allows you to easily plan your public transport journey by bus, tram, metro, ferry and train in all eastern Norway counties (Oslo, Akershus, Buskerud, Hedmark, Oppland, Telemark, Vestfold and Østfold).

Using RuterReise you can:
• plan your journey
• search for departures from stops using GPS or by providing an address, area or stop name
• see departure times in real time (real time is displayed in minutes and scheduled departures as times)
• see your entire journey on a route map, including walking time, stops, any changes between means of transport, and which zones you are travelling through
• see disruption information pertinent to your choice of travel

In order to find what you want as quickly and efficiently as possible, you may:
• choose which means of transport and counties you want to include in your search
• save stops, lines, addresses, areas and routes as favourites, see your position on the map, see stops and points of sale nearby, and your selected route

The app has a new and improved design that displays the colours of the different means of transport so you can more easily distinguish them.

In order to make travel and real time searches as simple as possible, RuterReise needs access to:

* Location Services
Used to identify your location so that you quickly find nearby stops, search results sorted according to your location and so you can plan journeys to or from your location. If Location Services is off, you may still search for stops.

* Network Services
Internet access is required to find journeys and to retrieve real time information. By knowing the network status, the number of requests to the RuterReise server can be reduced. This results in lower power consumption and a faster user interface.
