Welcome onboard!
SMILE is an advantage program.
As a SMILE member you receive information on special offers, and earn points on all purchases onboard, in our BorderShops and all ticket purchases.
With the Scandlines App you can use the QR code and earn and burn SMILE points, and keep track of previous and present purchases.
Download the free app while on land and use your Scandlines App in the harbor, onboard and in BorderShop Puttgarden and Rostock.

Before departure
• Download the Scandlines App and your SMILE QR code which also contains a 19 digits SMILE number.
• After downloading the App and opening the SMILE QR code, the SMILE QR code can be used without Wi-Fi
• You can also log on with your Facebook account
• See your SMILE points and what you have earned and burned
• Keep track of timetables and BorderShop offers

While at sea
• You earn and burn SMILE points on purchases in the Onboard Shop and restaurant
• You can view your previous purchases and manage your account


At the BorderShop
• You can earn and burn points on your purchases
You can view your previous purchases and manage your account
