The updated mobile app SEB Lietuva – is an effective and convenient tool to make daily financial transactions. The Internet Banking services on your mobile phone are available on https://e.seb.lt.
The app is updated on regular basis and new functions are added.
ACCOUNTS
To see the list of all your accounts and transactions – the application enables you to see a list of all your accounts in the euro, from which you may transfer funds. If you are willing to assign a new name to your account or to change its current name, you may do it on SEB Internet Bank website by selecting the menu item Settings/General.
To quickly check your account balances – if you log in to the application for the first time with standard Internet Bank authentication means, you will be requested to generate a 4-digit PIN code that will be sufficient to quickly log in to the application in future. For security purposes, the users are periodically (on a monthly basis) requested to log in again with Internet Bank authentication means.
MONEY TRANSFERS
To transfer money to addressees on your contact list – you would have to press two buttons for transfer of funds to any addressee on your phone contact list, who is also a user the SEB mobile application.
To request the addressees from your phone contact list to transfer funds – it is a completely new service enabling you to quickly and conveniently request any addressee from your phone contact list to transfer money to you, if he/she is a user of the SEB mobile application.
To transfer up to EUR 30 without any additional confirmations – from this day on, if you are willing to transfer small amounts (up to EUR 30), any additional confirmations using the Internet Bank authentication means are not required – all payments not exceeding EUR 30, if the total amount per day does not exceed EUR 150, will be executed by clicking several buttons.
To conveniently transfer funds between your accounts – if you are willing to quickly transfer funds from your one account to another, you need to make only several clicks. If you are willing to specify an account from which funds must be debited, click on the account icon on the top of the payment type screen and select the account.
CONTACT US
To find the nearest ATMs and branches of AB SEB bankas – look for the button “Locations” in initial log in page or application menu – it is an interactive map showing the ATMs and the bank branches, which are closest to you and their work hours.
To contact the bank and give us your feedback – by selecting the menu item “Contact us“ you have an opportunity to give us your feedback on the application, to contact our Call Centre or to log in to AB SEB bankas’ Facebook account.
PRIVACY
At the moment of registration of application user, the customer agrees to comply with the service terms and assigns the selected phone number with the specified account. It is necessary to note that during this process the indicated phone number is encoded and sent to the bank in the form of a sequence of encoded characters, that means that the bank does not collect or keep your phone number or data of other customers available on your phone contact list. Only such users of the app, who have saved your phone number in their contact list, may see that you are a user of the SEB mobile application.
