Would-be alien invaders join forces with an embittered scientific genius to destroy Earth civilisation using the monsters Mechagodzilla and Titanosaurus. Can Godzilla stand up to the combined power of this alliance? Poor ticket sales meant that the Godzilla film series was put on hold for nearly a decade following this movie.
