Mike Harding has made generations of us laugh and cry at his stories of real life and growing up in post war manchester. Here he puts some of it into writing. Its an in-depth look at his childhood and his memories of it. From pre-school to leaving school, via hitchiking to London, playing in a band and working on the roads this book is a great read and i have to hope there is more to follow. As well as the comedy that is enclosed there is a also a look at the darker side of life in Boarding schools. Great for fans and non fans alike. :)
