Small-screen adaptation of the famous Marvel comic book. Scientist David Banner (Bill Bixby) experiments on himself in an attempt to discover the hidden secrets of human strength, with the result that he turns into an unstoppable green-skinned creature in moments of stress. Believed dead by the authorities, he starts the long search for a cure, pursued by a reporter (Jack Colvin) who believes the Hulk is a menace.
