2nd entry in David Gemmell's Dreani series, set a century on from the heroic defence of Dros Delnoch (as recounted in Legend) and introducing a new set of flawed but heroic characters.
Suffers, however, from the fact that none of those characters are as interesting/formidable as Druss himself.
