2015 | Fiction & Poetry | Paranormal | Thriller
An adult, speculative, spiritual and philosophical tale of good and evil and retribution, which contains a hint of the supernatural. One for those who like a little more from what they are reading.
Bill, a now retired forester, recalls an increasingly uncomfortable week in his early working life when he was paired with an unsavoury workmate. The two of them find a little domestic dog sitting beside a forest haul-road way out in a remote part of the forest? What is such a dog doing in such an unlikely location? Then it disappears, events take an unexpected turn, and our young troubled and naive Bill starts to learn some awful truths.
