In a dingy office in Fisherman's Warf, the glass panel in the door bears the names of A. Kimrean and Z. Kimrean, Private Eyes. Behind the door there is only one desk, one chair, and one scrowny, androgynous P.I. Adrian and Zooey, collectively known as A.Z., are twin brother and sister, locked in mortal battle since they were in utero... which is tricky because they, very literally, share a single body.
But they're going to have to learn to work together on this dangerous case. Someone is murdering the sons of the drug cartel boss of San Carnal, California. He hires A. Z. Kimrean to infiltrate his inner circle and find out who is targeting his heirs. The case promises luzury villas, muscle cars, ninja assassins, undercover cops, femmes fatales, and the usual dose of neckless thugs. this Body's Not Big Enough for Both of Us is a brilliant comic thriller that celebrates and subverts in equal measure the noir detectives and action heroes that we all know and love. And ultimately, it's a novel about family, being wierd, and claiming your place in your own crazy story.
