In the third chapter of the Trancers saga, future cop Jack Deth is running a failing detective agency and his marriage to Lena is on the rocks. Just when things couldn't get any worse, Jack is pulled back into the year 2252 where he learns that the human race is on the verge of extinction thanks to a new Trancer outbreak. Thanks to information from his allies, Jack learns that the Trancer phenomenon began as a super soldier program in the Los Angeles of the 1990s. To save the world, Jack must go back to the past and stop the Trancer threat before it ever begins.
