With VisecaOne you have perfect control over your cards – all the time, no matter where you are. You want to know if your payment was accepted and the correct amount booked to your card? VisecaOne lets you know immediately. You want to quickly check the amount still available on your card before you head to the cash register? With VisecaOne you always have the most important information about your cards to hand − conveniently accessible via your smartphone, anywhere, anytime. Plus, VisecaOne offers you lots of added convenience and security for your online shopping and card payments.

VisecaOne is a free service provided by Viseca Card Services SA to holders of Viseca credit cards, PrePaid cards and Business cards.

Requirements:
To use the VisecaOne app and the related services of Viseca Card Services SA you must own a credit card, PrePaid card or Business card from Viseca Card Services SA, have a VisecaOne user account (register at https://one.viseca.ch) and accept the terms of use for VisecaOne.

Activation and login:
To register you will need a valid registration code, which can be requested at https://one.viseca.ch and will be sent to you by post.

Security:
The VisecaOne app provides you maximum security. Nevertheless, it is still essential that you use your smartphone with care, take appropriate safety measures and carefully check the confirmation requests you receive through the VisecaOne app. Your duties of care and reporting responsibilities are specified in the terms of use of VisecaOne.
