At WestJet, we really like our guests – so much that we want to go everywhere with you. Take us along on your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch. Our app gives you access to many of the frequently used features on westjet.com while you are on the go, including: book and view low fares, access your upcoming trips, check in with Apple Wallet (previously Passbook), flight status, view travel info, and the ability to connect with us on social media. It also lets you access WestJet Connect, our inflight entertainment and connectivity system.

WestJet Connect
With Internet, movies, TV and in-seat power, WestJet Connect is everything that inflight entertainment should be. Talk about making your travel time fly by. It all starts when you download the free WestJet app.

Apple Watch features
We completely understand the need to check more than just the time. We’re excited to let you know that the WestJet app now supports features for Apple Watch. Keep on top of your schedule with real-time trip countdowns and access to trip details and status of saved flights. And be sure to keep an eye on your wrist, as we add more features for Apple Watch.

Low fares, book and view trips
You asked, we delivered. View low fares directly in the app. Book your next flight with the app, add previously booked trips to the app – and quickly access it all. Now you can keep a list of your favourite places under past trips and watch the real-time countdown until your next getaway. Add trips to your calendar and email your flight details to your contacts.

View WestJet Rewards
Sign in to see your WestJet dollars balance, monitor your tier status, review your earn rates, and view your current qualifying flight spend toward your next reward. Also, if you have booked any trips using your WestJet Rewards ID we’ll automatically add them to the app.

Check in with Apple Wallet integration
Imagine the freedom of being first to check in for your flight and not have to wait in line. Our app lets you do that. Check in up to 24 hours before departure – and you don’t have to go to the airport. You can also send your boarding pass to your email or add it directly to Apple Wallet so it’s available from your mobile device. Just show it at the airport and you’ll soon be on your way.

To easily add your boarding pass to Apple Wallet, check in using the app and then tap on “add to Passbook/Apple Wallet”. Please note that electronic boarding passes, including Apple Wallet boarding passes, are only available for select destinations.

Flight status
Whether you’re heading to the arrivals lane or departures drop off, our flight status tool can help you plan your trip ahead. Real-time updates let you know if flights are running early, delayed or cancelled. Quickly access and track your flights on iPhone and Apple Watch.
