At a hotel in England, young Luke (Jasen Fisher) stumbles upon a convention of witches. The Grand High Witch (Anjelica Huston) reveals a plan to lure all children with chocolate and treats, to then turn them all into mice through a magical formula. Luke and his grandma, Helga (Mai Zetterling), must fight back against the witches if they hope to survive!
