Jitlov finally has a chance to have his work seen in a major television special, but unknown to him the producers have a bet going on whether or not he'll be able to succeed in his ambitious project. Jitlov and friends use every camera trick, every owed favor, and every last dollar they have to make it happen. This is a must watch for any aspiring film maker or lover of practical effects.
