Yoga23 Method is a direction of hatha-yoga, developed by Andrei Siderski and containing in crystallized form his more than 35 years’ experience of yoga practice. A unique selection of the most efficient techniques proves the Method a potent tool for resolving a wide spectrum of challenges facing today's society, including those of personal development, rehabilitation and therapy.
Yoga23 is a technology of conducting a systematic influence upon the practitioner’s body through specific physical exercises that will ultimately activate a so-called ‘state of yoga’, when a practitioner attains the abiding awareness of and ability to control all the aspect of one’s life.
Yoga23 – is not a spiritual path, but a practical instrument, which does not belong to any religious, esoteric or philosophical doctrine. Anyone can use it for improving one’s quality of live, regardless of faith, creed, ideology or social status.
Yoga23 training algorithms focus primarily on a physical body. Because of this, some observers superficially attribute it to the category of sports. Nevertheless, correct application of the Method has many times proven its potential to render a positive holistic effect upon the human system.
Yoga23 consists of various exercises, widely used in other styles of hatha-yoga and body-oriented practices. The novelty and uniqueness of the Method lies in the concept and structure of the approach to the organization of the training process.
One of the major objectives, which the development of the Method pursued, was ‘to achieve an optimal training result in the shortest possible term’. Hence, Yoga23 training programs do not demand from the practitioner neither dedicating considerable amount of time nor creating any special conditions.
