Maybe the real magic was the camp we made along the way.

Seriously though, this felt like it belonged in the early 2000's and that is not a compliment.

Oh my goodness! What an awesome book! Zelda Fitzgerald is a fascinating series of contradictions. This book is a work of fiction but it feels so real based on the popular myths of Zelda & Scott. You feel for both of them through the whole book. At times you despise each of them yet, in the next instant, you root for them like it’s no one’s business. What an excellent, entertaining read.

Netgalley and Gollancz have allowed me to review the much anticipated @Ravencry , @Ed McDonald 's second instalment in the Raven's Mark series. As a result, his first, @Blackwing , shoots to the top of my TBR pile. I just have to finish by brother, @Ed James 's, 4th book first. I don't think I've ever use the "@" button that many times before.

I'm very disappointed with this! After hearing of it for so long and from a big Stephen King fan, I couldn't believe how poor this is! Looking very dated, thought it was an early 70's film not mid 80's! It's drawn out way too long even at 90mins. It's not scary, just weird. There was a re-make recently not to mention 7 sequels!! Hopefully they are a lot better!

The set-up had me hooked for most of the short story, and then it got a <s>little</s> lot silly, and then it ended. So now I don't know what to think. I mean, I liked it, but overall it left me disappointed in where it went.

This story can also be found in the anthology: [b:Rogues|20168816|Rogues|George R.R. Martin|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1404616147s/20168816.jpg|27565413]

The memories of the man who rose from head of advertising for Disneyland in 1955 to become its first president in the late 80's and early 90's. As a Disnerd, I loved this inside look at the park's history, although the writing style could have been a little better.
