A very odd mix of stories that feature a harvest moon and only the first by Lackey fits the cover, of which makes me think of fairies and moonbeams.

<i>A Tangled Web</i> by Mercedes Lackey (Light Fantasy)
A retelling of the Greek myth pertaining to Persephone and Hades, with some added Norse mythology. A cute story, if a little thin on actual plot. I'll probably forget it by next week.

<i>Cast in Moonlight</i> by Michelle Sagara (Fantasy/Urban Fantasy hybrid)
Fascinating mythology and world-building, intriguing characters and races. If I hadn't already been interested in reading the Chronicles of Elantra series, this would have done it. Pretty much a perfect story that stands alone quite well.

<i>Retribution</i> by Cameron Haley (Urban Fantasy)
A solid short story dealing with a sorcerer and enforcer for a mob boss. Has some interesting ideas and is a promising beginning to a new series. While it does have cursing, it feels authentic and fits the scenes and characters. This is definitely not a story for the faint of heart.

Once again, I am in the minority with this book. It has received so many good reviews of 4 and 5 stars that I am beginning to think theres something wrong with me because I just didnt get it.

if i could like this with more then 5 stars i would. i started this one at 120am and finished at 150am.. omg it was soooo good. i loved it and cannot wait for the next one. they are both short stories but the authors are amazing and the books are steamy and very good plots and characters. amazing

I just pulled an all-nighter because I could not put this book down. It's funny, different and the characters are so lovable!
I feel like I have to change all my previous 5 star ratings to 4 stars, because right now (heat of the moment) I feel like none of them compare to Catching Jordan.

If i could give it more than 5 stars i would.The best one ive read so far..The emotion you feel,the intensity.Anyone whos had to make the decision between love and your dream this book is Definetly for you..i laughed,i cried,i felt the love and fear.All the ingredients for an amazing story..

I dunno anymore. It would kinda seem wrong for him to leave his girlfriend when she seems to be taking her parents divorce and her dad's remarrying so hard but at the same time it is VERY obvious that he cares for our girl...what to do, what to do?
