i thought this book was really good. I was unhappy to get the the next book and see that the characters were discontinued. I didn't read further than BtHM. Still a good book I got through within a couple days. It was one I couldn't put down.

Can anyone help, I received a copy of Love Simon the film today from amazon, my address was slightly incorrect and I definitely haven’t ordered it. All I can think of is that it came from a giveaway but I never received notification that I won. Thanks (:

Thanks (: super excited to watch and review the film!! My address should be correct as I always use the handy auto fill option so I’m guessing it was just a typo.

I have not read The Selection yet, so I was a little worried about too many spoilers. But I am slightly obsessed with reading a series in chronological order. I enjoyed The Prince and am thankful to the insight for when I do start The Selection!

"The first film I remember seeing. I was seven. It was a Sunday morning, late in 1973. I was alone in a theater that no longer exists. I remember I couldn’t stop laughing. Mon oncle and Playtime were the films that made me love modern architecture."

"Charles Bronson in Death Wish. Oh, I loved it. I was in Death Wish 4. In fact, that was the first time I had a name in a movie, which was Art Sanella. Most of the time I was “Inmate #1,” you know what I mean?"

I have decided to give up on a book for the first time in about 10 years. @Legends of Ahn is just boring me and after a week of grinding away at it I am barely a quarter of the way through. I need a book to have a plot and a purpose, this just feels like a man wandering around doing things with no clear purpose, and my reading rate has fallen so far I have to give up. I will probably pick this up again in future, ideally when the series is finished (at least then I will know it must have found a purpose eventually!).

I hate when that happens, but there are so many good books out there. Sometimes you have to give up on the duds, especially if you are not enjoying, you get over the guilt, eventually. It just feels so wrong not to finish a book :)

What a feel good film
I am surprised that this film doesn't have better rating as I love a good classic and this is definitely I my top 10 list.

It really is such a lovely feel good film that you can sit down with the family to watch. Combined with a few fantastic songs from the title one for starters to "truly scrumptious".
I love that it is a very much an ugly duckling feel to the story.
Always love a dick van dyke film ever since I saw Mary Poppins when I was little.

One for those rainy days with a blanket and a bucket ful of popcorn.
