My name is Helena Pierce, Hel for short. I’m a gravedigger... well I was when I was alive anyway.
I had a rough start in life, losing both my parents before I was even a week old. Thankfully, Ray took me in and taught me his trade. I grew used to death, just another part of life.
I enjoyed being the caretaker of the old mountain cemetery, and one day while I was ...
This is a hard book for me to rate. At first I struggled with the way it was written and the whole story. I never try to leave a bad review and I didn't think I would continue with this book. But I pushed through and I'm so glad I did!!! I really ended up enjoying it. It's certainly a different spin on being dead and I really came to enjoy the book enough to give the second book a try to! My advice if you're struggling stick with it.

I was slightly disappointed in this book - I think I had way too many high hopes and was a bit let down. I thought each of the MC were slightly annoying - though I do like Tanners friend a lot - The story was great and the concept was cool I just think it fell a bit short for me.

I received a copy of this book from Netgalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
I almost dnf this book but I am so glad I did.
The writing is gorgeous and tackles a really difficult subject in a compassionate way.
Once I got past the very confusing start, I fell in love with the characters.

Toni Lynn Donald (2027 KP) rated The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - 3DS in Video Games

Been a long time since I played it. I remember it being cute and funny like most Zelda games. I didn't care for the 3ds when we had it. Games looked cool on it, but I found a lot of them hard to play. I think I prefer a game system over any type of ds.

I am a sucker for horror books ever since I picked up The Rats by James Herbert when I was a teenager and I have been hooked ever since so when I saw this title offered for review by the publisher, Samhain Publishing, on Netgalley, I requested a copy in the hope that I would be chosen to provide an unbiased review. I was. Unfortunately, what I read wasnt horror for me which was a bit of a disappointment to be honest; it was more like a murder/mystery.

I had a hard time getting into the book. However, once I did, it was interesting and enjoyable. I would rate this a 7 out of 10.
