"This album was massive for me. Still is. I first heard this on a cassette in the post from my brother with a note saying, "Demis Roussos on bass!" He put two tracks on there and they both blew my mind. I knew immediately I needed to find this record but was convinced it was incredibly obscure. A few weeks later, I was in this old drill hall in Falmouth that doubled up as a house-clearance furniture shop. Flicking through the records in there, between multiple copies of No Jacket Required and some Cornish male-voice choir stuff, there was 666. I bought it and raced home and was pretty pleased to hear it was a lot more bonkers than I could ever have imagined. This album is properly bonkers. The gatefold sleeve has a 2CV crashed into a wall; the music is so incredibly inspirational. As a piece of work it's outside of any frame of reference – it's like discovering a new colour or a new flavour. Every time I see a copy I have to buy it – I give it to anyone I know who doesn't have it yet."

4DX big mistake
I went to see this in 4DX. I wish I hadn't, it took so much away from the movie (I even felt sea sick) I couldnt concentrate enough to become too emotionally involved. But focusing now on the actually film, it was breathtaking, I felt on edge throughout the duration of the film, i didn't know what to expect but I am pretty sure I felt close to what they all felt. I felt a part of it and if the 4DX didn't get in the way I would have been a wreck, I'm sure of that! Well made, great acting and such a raw and real movie.

I would really only give this novel 3 1/2 stars.

I really wasn't all that impressed with this novel. I felt that there was very little imagery in the novel. The descriptions were very poorly done in my opinion. I will say that I found the plot line very interesting and found myself wanting to learn more about the characters, even though I found them to be depthless.

I think this was a good start to a series. I am not sure if I will continue on in the series. I guess if I'm looking for a quick read I might pick up the next in the series.

"Despite the fact I love all sorts of Crimson records, I think this is still my favourite. Maybe just for nostalgia reasons, I listened to this record when I was very young. Before I was into jazz, before I was into weird music, I always loved this. Obviously I grew up with The Beatles and the Stones and Floyd and stuff, but I remember I was in a car and Jimi Hendrix came on the radio. I said 'what is this?' I was only 12, and a guy I was with looked at me like I was insane. In those days gas stations had lots of cassettes so we pulled over and I bought a cassette that had Are You Experienced on side A and Axis: Bold As Love on side B. I listened to it until it was completely worn through. That was my introduction to the 60s stuff that I hadn't been brought up listening to. King Crimson's early stuff was among that new, exciting 60s music that I hadn't heard. Robert Fripp became my guitar hero, he used to do a League of Crafty Guitarists thing in New York so I saw him play. I became a Fripp head, I saw them play in the 90s with my English teacher. It blew my mind, but they didn't play the old stuff. I'm not musiciany enough to like that stuff, but the early stuff resonates a lot."

"I saw this movie in Cincinnati right before I began shooting a new film, which was a terrible thing – because I couldn't get it out of my head and found myself spending too much time thinking about it and not on the work I had at hand. It's a real mystery of a movie, and I don't think I'll ever quite figure it out. Nor would I want to. If my new movie suffers, I'll hold Olivier Assayas partially accountable for making something so wonderful."

I loved The Flatshare. It's a perfect light, romantic, beach-read type of novel. I hadn't read a full-length novel in awhile, so I wanted something fun and generally easy to get into. The Flatshare was a great pick. It is a romance, but not an overly sweetsy, ridiculous one. I didn't get any cavities from it. Lol The way it was written made the story flow smoothly and quickly, but it still seemed like I was reading something that had some substance. I enjoyed it!

I am only visiting the Seoul area, so I only used a fraction of this book. However, compared to other travel guides, including Lonely Planet Seoul, I felt like the organization in this guide was a bit disjointed. I almost felt lost when I was trying to figure out how the sections were laid out. Once I got going, it was better, but I think it could've had a smoother layout. There were some good informational blurbs on some of the tourism areas.

Fun comedy with a great cast
I saw this movie today at the cinema, I had seen a trailer for it a few months ago and to be honest even though the trailer was funny I forgot about it. My partner noticed it was out now so we went. I wasn't disappointed, from the beginning of the film I found myself laughing. I thought the cast were really strong and they did bounce off each other well. I would really recommend.

From Goodreads: Is it just me, or did this story go way too fast? I felt like I didn't get to know the characters at all, and the book was a little over 200 pages. At every point in the story, it was like I couldn't figure out how we got from Point A to Point B. How did I end up finishing this? I would've put this down in a heartbeat, but I didn't. I guess that's my bad luck.

This was my first foray into Assassins Creed and I wasn't disappointed. As a huge fan of ancient Egypt when I heard about the tour mode I thought it was time to give it a try. The map is huge and I love how well the graphics bring ancient Egypt to life. The tours are interesting and I have learnt a few things I didn't know while working through them. I haven't completed it yet but have enjoyed all gameplay so far.
