Jessica Cashen (1 KP) rated Unrest (Unknown #2) in Books
May 16, 2018
A Fantastic second book. Unrest starts right where Unknown left off. It is fast paced and full of action and suspense. I couldn't put it down, I was up way past what I wanted to be. Questions I had from book 1 were answered but now I have more! Overall a great read! I received this book for free and voluntarily reviewed.

I was really hoping to like this a lot more then i did... however it was still cute. some of the stories i liked so much more then others.. some just were unbelivable to me while others i could totally see happening. and a couple i had no clue what was going on. overall it wasnt horrible and i enjoyed it.

Bysa (2 KP) rated Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices, #3) in Books

Very well crafted story... loved the dialogue between characters. I really enjoyed this read more than I had expected to. I thought it would be a rushed and unsuitable companion to the first story... I was wrong. I cannot express in words- without giving away crucial details filled with spoilers- how great this read was. I give it a high re-readability.

Veronica Pena (690 KP) rated Dr. Strangelove (1964) in Movies

I was not a fan of this film. I don't know that I can really put my finger on why exactly. I did have to read the plot section of it's Wikipedia page to make sure I didn't miss anything because the movie ends so abruptly. Personally, it just wasn't a fav and I don't think I'll ever watch it again.

Frecklesxoxo (6 KP) rated Cutter Boy in Books
Feb 27, 2019
I was surprised to like this book. I thought that it was a very sensitive subject that was dealt with in a way that didn't glorify cutting. It was a very short story, I read it in a few hours and I think it could have perhaps been a little bit more fleshed out (no pun intended)
But the characters were great and it was an engaging and difficult story.
It really promotes help, to not suffer alone.....a problem shared is a problem solved!

What a lovely book! I started this a few hours ago and couldn't put it down. I always love to read a time-travel and the romance is lovely between Vickie and Jason. So I thought the love scene came a bit early on, but I must not be in a picky mood so I won't quibble about it. I really didn't know what the outcome was going to be exactly, except the typical HEA, so that kept me turning the pages. The epilogue left me with a silly grin on my face and I'm so glad the author included that. All in all, it was a wonderful book to pass the time.
