[Preston Fleming] has quickly become one of my favorite authors. With [Bride of a Bygone War] he hits another home run. The continuing action and intrigue of Beirut in the 1980's is conveyed in a fast paced yet humanistic manner.

Any fan of spy thrillers or the action adventure genre definitely needs to check [Mr. Fleming] out. I will be awaiting the third installment of the [Beirut Trilogy] and any more works by this exciting author.

The rock smashed it again
After Dwayne Johnson's previous films, you think he cannot do anything more right, but he does. This film is brilliant, Dwayne plays the part of family man who would do anything for those he loves so well (as we've seen before), the two child actors were fantastic in their roles also and really convincing. All round, the perfect film for anyone into action, adventure and family.

The Book that Inspire the movie... The greatest Romantic Action Comedy of all time... "They’re kissing again. Do we have to read the kissing parts?"
The only downside to reading this book, is that there is almost nothing the movie didn't cover... if you are looking for hidden gems the movie left out, you will be disappointed, otherwise this might be one of a few perfect adventure books of all time.

i will admit i truly enjoyed the movie i laughed i felt rushes of action and adventure there was so much going on and i loved it but i personally didnt like the profanity of the movie all together too much profanity for a family movie and too much sexual comments which i found hilarious myself but not for a family

so much fun for almost all ages
okay ill admit im not the intended audience for a show like this and i probably shouldnt be but ill say its a thrill to watch so much going on plenty to enjoy here the action is fast moving and the adventure aand humor is top notch not saying that its perfect but its damn near close i highly recommend it
