Funny and Heartwarming
This movie follows the story of a couple who wants to adopt a child. They end up welcoming 3 children into their home one of which is a teenager.
This movie did a great job of showing what it is like to adopt a child, while still being light hearted and funny. It does have some serious moments that help you get invested in the family. Overall it is a great comedy that might encourage people to consider adoption.

I enjoyed all three stories in this book. I was with emotional though out the book. The first book is about learning to deal with death of a love one and learn to get though your marriage struggles of your marriage that you when though.
The second book talks about depression and a bit about marriage struggles. This book also talks about telling the truth and adoption. This is quite a story and about foster care as well.
The third story is about death as well and learning to trusting in good.

I had tears in my eyes at the end becase of the adoption thing. That was just too cute! This really got to me for some reason though I do seem to have a really big soft spot for adorable young children in my mm romances.
I didn't realise when i started this that it had some characters from which i also enjoyed. I do believe that Lily Morton may become one of my "have to read" authors as i have really enjoyed all the books I've read by her so far

The first film was hilarious and a fresh take on friendship that delivered big on laughs aimed squarely at adults.
Ted 2 is more of the same and is very satisfying although its lost some of its original appeal and charm.
The inclusion of Flash Gordons Sam jones is inspired and surprising which lends a comedy element to what is essentially a more prosaic plot centring around adoption.
It's still a very funny movie, but one that has reached an end, I for one have room for another Ted movie, but it's likely his last outing.

What happens when you give birth to a child and give her up for adoption? You never tell the father that you are even pregnant, in fact you don't tell anyone but your mother. Eighteen years later, this child shows up at your doorstep eager to find out about the parents who couldn't keep her How do you explain what happened so long ago and how do you go back and correct the wrongs?
Marion and Kirby tell the story from their own perspectives describing the emotions they go through in order to deal with their present circumstances. Kirby is at a pivotal point in her life. She is about to graduate high school and is unsure about what the next step should be. Her adoption allows her to contact her birth mother once she reaches eighteen and she doesn't hesitate to do just that. Marion, a show creator living in New York City is doing exactly what she dreamed. Brewers latest book is so different from his past works - but it's just as good (with so many good quotes to boot). The Blood Between Us delves into topics that many of us have dealt with or are currently dealing with - identity and self-discovery, while also dealing with adoption and a sibling rivalry.

Make That a Table for Seven is a cute story about two bear cubs who don’t have a family. It takes a lot of courage for the oldest bear to knock on a neighbor-bear family’s door and ask if he and his sister can live with them, but when he does, he is greeted with kindness, love, and assurance. This is a great story illustrating adoption—both literally and spiritually.
The only downside is that there are a lot of words on each page, so it may be hard for a younger kid to listen to it being read. Kids have pretty short attention spans.
All in all however, Make That a Table for Seven is a great story with very cute child-friendly illustrations and an easy to follow story.
Recommendation: Ages 4-6

Cora has just moved to the town of Silver Springs California, hoping to start a new life with a new job teaching art. She's teaching a a school for troubled boys called, New Horizons and Cora is really drawn to its founder Aiyana. Besides the teaching job, Cora has other reasons to be in Silver Springs. Will she be able to find the answers she is looking for, or will the decisions she makes along the way hinder her ability to discover the truth about herself?
While I have many Brenda Novak books on my Kindle, this is the first of her titles that I have actually read. I was drawn to this book initially because of its setting of Silver Springs, the town I live in is called Silver Spring. I was even more drawn to the book by the characters because I have members of my immediate family with similar names to the characters in the book.
Cora Kelly was adopted 28 years ago. Since that time she has been on a quest to find her mother and find out why. She loves her adoptive parents wholeheartedly, but still has a desire to know where she comes from. Her birth mother was at a reasonable age to keep a child, 21, so what were the circumstances that made her decide that adoption was the best idea, especially since in her investigation she finds out that her birth mother has adopted several children over the years.
This was a very compelling story. It drew me in immediately and I couldn't put it down. I read it in just a few hours over a couple of days. I can't imagine what it would be like to not know your birth parents. And then searching your whole life to find them, with a closed adoption. In Cora's quest to find all this information, she falls in love and faces conflict with her adoptive parents. It's a great story for everyone who likes a little romance in their lives.

My thought were sweet. I really enjoyed this book. I love how it ends and I am really glad for what happens to some of the woman in the book. You get see how the friendship develop and Relationships are tested though out the book. How friends can help and see the understanding. You get to see how part of the adoption take place and how thing can be tested with out knowing can happen unexpected. Love can happen though strange whys. Never did I expect what would happen at the end of the book.
The Author did a wonderful job with the character and matching them up but doing in a way that would happen natural to find out how it all happen. It was nice reading about them all and not confuse me while reading it. I will want to read books 1-5 understand completely soon though. I am going to be reading 5 "Twenty Wishes now."
