The Nun (2018) shows exactly how you go about kicking off a dark cinematic universe. #Review
While it packs in plenty of atmosphere and creeping dread, apart from a few well-contrived jump scares, it’s not – it has to be said – particularly scary. There’s a great build-up to the very first night spent at the convent but from there it escalates so quickly and so unequivocally supernaturally that our heroes’ decision to remain and investigate without reinforcements is simply absurd. But it’s in that absurdity that “The Nun” reveals its true essence. Not as a bone-chilling, nerve-shredding terrifying horror movie but in a spooky, swashbuckling adventure horror in the mould of 1999’s “The Mummy”. FULL REVIEW: http://bit.ly/CraggusTheNun

As good as expected
After growing up on the original trilogy, I was looking forward to returning to the franchise. Coming out of the film I found it a fun filled adventure back into the world of the Men in Black.
However after rewatching the original trilogy I found that the film didn't have the same weirdness that the originals had. I remember watching the first and being terrified (even for being a PG film) where as this new iteration focused more or the comedy between Hemsworth and Thompson than the aliens that made the originals so interesting.
Overall it was a fun filled film that would be worth a watch.

Enchanting and delightful
This book captivated me from page 1.
Scarlett Thomas pulls you into a world where books are more words on pages.
This may seem like a children’s book but it’s far more than that.
This is a book that could easily compete with the Harry Potters of the world.
I’ve just discovered the best part of the story is out now so I’m about to sit down and get lost in this story again before venturing into the world for a brand new adventure.
If you are looking for a story that the whole family could enjoy then look no further.
Do yourself a favour and grow to love her before everyone else does.

Absurd plot
Stands the test of time
I would like, if I may, to take you on a strange journey.
It's hard to describe a movie like Rocky Horror. A musical, sci-fi, horror, comedy?!? Well yes, but that doesn't do it justice. It is an experience..... no, I mean it. Ask the thousands of fans who still flock to midnight showings, dressed up as their favorite characters, ready to do the time warp again. So why to we enjoy this adventure of Brad Majors and his fiancee Janet Weis? Because! We don't need to explain ourselves to you. So, come up to the lab, and see what's on the slab. In an attempt to make room for his production work, and to off-set his type-casting as hard nosed dramatic anti-heroes, Douglas took on a lighter supporting role in this adventure film, opposite James Mason as Captain Nemo. Stripy shirted Ned Land was no less macho than we had come to expect of him, but there was a degree of fun hitherto unseen in his career to date. Shot in Technicolor, with the grandeur of Cinemascope, it brought a whole new audience to his work, that may have previously avoided the gritty melodramas he was associated with. Many remember Douglas as the most exciting part of the film, as his insatiable energy dominates the mild style of Mason and eats up the screen.

Sherlock Mouse Holmes
The Great Mouse Detective- is a really underrated animation film made by disney that was released in the late 80's. Plus you have Vincent Price as the villian. I love Vincent Price he is such a excelllent actor.
The Plot: Basil embarks on the greatest case of his career when London's master toymaker is kidnapped. He ends up pitting his wits against his old adversary, Professor Ratigan, who wants to become `supreme ruler of all mousedom'.
The Great Mouse Detective- mixes "Sherlock Holmes", "The Rescuers" and "The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad" togther into one film. You have mystery, comedy, adventure, action and music.
Its a very underrated film, that i highly recordmend.
