Sigh. I'm now grieving the loss of dear friends, left with only memories. No more new adventures to look forward too. I devoured this trilogy and now I wish I'd paced myself because they're all finished and I'm left empty. As much as I love a good book, a book that sucks me in and makes me feel so much a part of the magic, I hate that last page where I know it's goodbye. Thank you, Cynthia Hand, for a wonderful trilogy that I know I will relive over and over.

"It is impossible to be unhappy while reading the adventures of Jeeves and Wooster. And I've tried." - Christopher Buckley

The above quotation sums it up pretty well, actually!

With a plot involving the usual romantic shenanigans that sees Bertie Wooster getting (unwillingly) engaged and then trying to get out of it, with it being up to Jeeves - as always - to sort matters out and bring the various of Bertie's friends back together again. This is the one with Edwin the boy scout, and with Wooster getting engaged to Florence Craye.

From a young age I was more into action adventures than anything, I remember great memories of NFSU2 also many arguments haha, taking in all comers and rarely losing (big head 😁) there was nothing like the feeling that ran through me during the opening, that is until the the game started, stunning graphics, an epic playlist, thrilling race's and a really enjoyable story thrown in.

NFSU2 is without a shadow of a doubt one of my all time favourite games.

Dorina Basarab is my favourite series by my favourite author. In the second installment we get to have more exciting adventures with and against vampires and fey. Dory is strong but is not invincible (especially now she is up against some formiddable opponents). This is so refreshing to read. Not a sucky chosen one who flicks het magic wand and all is ok. It's edge of your seat, sassy never give up attitude will pull you in again. Can't wait to get my fangs into the next book.

I read the first book in this series last month, after being an avid fan of the Tortall series for years, and I fell in love with the characters. All four of the main characters are sweet, interesting, unique, and fun. I really appreciate how Tamora Peirce made them so distinct from each other and balanced their own tragic backstories with their strength, humor, and adorableness. I would not be surprised if this is not the only book from this series I read this month. Wonderfully fun tale of magic and adventures.
