Not quite in the same league as other Japanese animations
Just like those crazy Studio Ghibli films of fantastic tales and amazing creatures, Laika productions (famous for Coraline) has created a stop motion animation using Japanese folklore. Now as a fan of Ghibli, I can say that this is no way near that league although the animation is always amazing to behold.
The story is rather tragic of a boy from a magical powerful family, who has escaped with his mother as a baby, losing an eye in the process, and growing up to play an instrument that has the power to control paper. Both he and his mother are poor, livingin a cave, hiding away from this family - his father has also perished in this initial battle. However, they are found and his mother gives him her powers to escape and try and find a way of defeating her sisters and father.
It's a quest-based film, filled with perilous obstacles and while it was sad at times - I just don't think it was as heartfelt as other Japanese animations. The voices of Matthew McConaughey and Charlize Theron is always fantastic to hear though.

Jordan Peele is a very good storyteller. Much like Get Out, there is a message behind the story and the film is filled with easter eggs and some pretty amazing jokes. I laughed quite a bit throughout. The cast of this movie is amazing. Lupita Nyong'o does an exceptionally good job. The lead actor, whose name escapes me, was playing a character clearly modeled after Peele himself which just made him that much funnier. I kept wondering during the movie, having never seen the actor in anything else, if maybe they had grown up together or something because he sounds EXACTLY like Peele so I did some digging and found that it was a conscious acting decision which I applaud. It was a good choice and he played it so well. There is a twist ending, however, it seemed fairly obvious to me very early on in the film. My only real problem with the film is how much is left unexplained. It's understandable given how the story is being told but at the same time it's a bit frustrating when the film ends and you still have so many questions!

Incredible
I cannot recommend this book enough! I read it when I was around 14 years old and it was one of the first books I've read where the characters and lives are so realistic (obviously the setting is slightly fantastical with supernatural creatures), it was so refreshing to see characters getting injured and that injury lasting more than a couple of pages, for there to be a need to eat and sleep which some stories don't seem to deem necessary, and for the character to struggle with issues more than just a bad guy. It was amazing that the main character wasn't some meek female that grew into someone strong in the space of a story but that she worked her butt off before the setting of the story and was just introduced as this hard as nails vampire executioner that loves penguins.
This was the perfect start to an amazing series that blew the Charlaine Harris books completely out of the water! A must read for any vampire/supernatural fan but do be warned that the later books do get more graphic and sexual so probably not suitable for younger readers.

I loved this so much. I read this one not realizing it was a spin off from another series, but it wasn't necessary to read the other series first even though I do have a feeling I would understand some of the characters more if I had. However, it is NOT needed at all. Cain is so hott. He is a demon, he is sexy, and when he turns demon so much yummy. He has insecurities and jealousy. He loves his mate so much but is worried she won't want or need him so he takes his time. Olivia is amazing. She is so strong but thinks she isn't. She was sheltered because of her fear and needing her brother so much. She falls for Cain who is a demon and she is a werewolf so she isn't supposed to love a demon. They both have to work through so much just to be together including his issues and her brother. This is an amazing start to this series and thanks to reading this one I now need to read the other series before this one. I highly recommend this book if you love paranormal romance.

The post credits scene had me laughing in stitches
The Disney princesses are amazing
Very heartfelt
This is a great fim
This movie is great and I adore it, the story was well done and the voice actors nail it again,
The characters are expanded upon and animation and absolutely amazing
The new characters are absolutely awesome I'll tell you... you'll fall in love with gal Gadot's character!
The references are spot on and the cameos are awesome including one scene that was in all the trailers!
Stay til the very end of the credits there's a surprise!
In general the movie is awesome the one thing I'll have to say is I find the original movie more interesting than this one but I still love this one more if that makes sense. And of course im gonna watch it again.
Would recommend this to anyone who loves Disney or video games

I received this book for free for an honest review.
I love Cindy Gerard and I was excited to be accepted for an advanced reader copy of this book. When I got the acceptance email I had only read one of the books in the One-Eyed Jacks series so naturally, I had to read the other two before I started this one.
I still stand by the fact that this isn't my favorite of her series but that isn't saying much. I fell in love with the characters from her Black Ops series so it was hard to transition to other characters. I liked the other ones but honestly, this one was on par with the Black Ops books.
The characters are (as always) amazing. The backstory of Bobby was amazing to read and I loved Talia. The twists and turns were a little predictable but still fun and engaging.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes military romance. The characters are detailed and her combat writing is very engaging. If you're looking for a suspenseful romance that is sure to keep you up at night, this is the book for you!

Ending was on point
You'll be relating to spiders
Ok, so this was my first audio book listening.
My god I'm so glad i found this book, I probably would never have picked it up as I'm not really into space themed stories. but 1 free book on audible free trial, so i thought why not?
Holy cow, this book had my heart racing throughout and towards the end the tears flowing.
One lonely green world left as earth has become nothing, a somewhat failed experiment (what have you done to my monkeys!) and a whole bunch of amazing spiders and over 2000 years of the last humans looking for a home.
As a person who loves evolution and genetics and all the jazz, this book was genius.
I didnt know who i wanted to win, humans? spiders?
This book is so intelligently written, yet easy to grasp. The ending was amazing, beautifully finished. A wealth of interesting characters that who cant help but feel for (never thought i could love and relate to spiders) and its so amazingly unique in its story.
Please read this book.

a superpower roller coaster
Damn where to even start when it comes to this book the characters were all amazing they really felt like real people the plot was great it kept me interested the entire time even when I kind of figured where it was going I didn't actually mind it at all I'm actually kind of red faster cuz I wanted to see if I was right. I will admit I'm a huge Marissa Mayer fan I love all her books she truly isn't talented writer and with Renegades she just continues to get better her World building is amazing and holy crap that ending just kept me hugs and I cannot wait for the second book.
One of my favorite things about the book is just how diverse the cast is and she did it in a way that didn't feel forced like a lot of authors work does. I love how it does switch point of views and you do get to see the internal struggle that's the two main characters are going through. I really can't wait to get in even deeper in the next book.

Top notch filmery!
Ok, so where do I start? This is my favourite film and i could write about it all day! This film has every single emotion you can think about, i laughed, cried, felt angry, laughed again and cried and pretty much just fell in love with the film.
Mcmurphy is moved from prison to a psychiatric hospital as they think he is showing signs of being mad! When he gets there he starts to reveal that he is quite obviously not mad and is just a rebel!
He starts to bring life into the hospital doing some crazy things and also trying to drive the head nurse Mrs ratched crazy! They seem to have a love hate relationship. The patients who have never had any chaos in the hospital are all taking a real shine to mcmurphy and are becoming more and more chaotic which causes miss ratched to become extremely angry and nervous, she has a tightly run ship!
The actors in this film are top and do an amazing job of acting out the story, especially jack nicholson, he is just amazing and really gets you believing he is mcmurphy.

There is never a doubt with these two... I have no words... just simply amazing <3
Where do I even start?! Thankfully NOT being able to share spoilers will make writing my review a bit easier ;-) Still a wreck days later, just as one usually is after finishing one of Pepper's books. All I kept thinking was.. "Where the hell does she come up with this!?" LOL This woman has such depth to her stories, her characters... you can't help but be truly wrapped up in each one as you read them. They are truly unique, every one, twists and backgrounds that will just blow your mind!?
We saw met Kill in Jethro's and Nila's stories then heard the start to his & Cleo's story in Ruin & Rule. Sin & Suffer is just one more to add to her incredible list of accomplishments... Kill's undying loyalty to Cleo, even after he thought she was gone... the connection they had to one another, the bits they took of one another, even when they didn't know why.. all just so beautiful. There is never a doubt with these two... I have no words... just simply amazing <3
