Discovered this on Amazon Prime and hadn't heard of it before now. There is only one season consisting of six episodes and yes I did binge watch them in one day. Martin Shaw is the main character playing a priest who carries out exorcisms. The story does run through all six episodes and it does finish at the end of episode six. Not sure how season two would be played out as the story did finish. You don't get all the special effects in today's films and TV series but it is still compelling and makes you think. Also what lady can resist Martin Shaw.

Originally, I was going to see this film in theaters, but Amazon didn't have it showing in Austin, so I ended up streaming this.
Of course, the subject matter of the film was hard to take at points. The film did show some torture that was conducted at black sites: that's something to be prepared for. So, that was a warning for the squeamish.
The story was interesting throughout. This film obviously skewed towards the Dems. It was laughable to me: 'oH nOoooo tHe RePuBs aRe cOmInG!' That was a little over dramatic and eye-roll inducing, but highly amusing.
Overall, this was well-crafted, and engaging throughout.

Really really bad
Saw this on Amazon Prime as I remembered the original and in fact have all the DVDs. Sorry but I gave up after episode three as it was so awful. This time it is set in America and yes it starts in the same way as the original with a dinosaur appearing in an American city and the lead character trying to find the time loop. Episode two was OK but episode three sealed it for me and it was removed from my watch list, but you may do better, although my son who did watch all the episodes said it never got any better.

Lived up to the hype!
So I wanted to see what all the hype was about and it was free on amazon kindle!
I really enjoyed this! It had a great pace, interesting characters and the story is a bit different from the usual YA. I used to read a lot of YA but found them getting a bit "samey" so I was dubious at first thinking that this would be your typical rom-com style, but it really wasn't.
I did guess the ending but I was enjoying the read so much that it didn't bother me that I had an idea of what was coming 😊

So I finished an awesome paranormal two books so far series, [b:Captive|30830592|Captive|Jex Lane|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1467474117s/30830592.jpg|51425133] and [b:Sire|32721063|Sire|Jex Lane|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1477076298s/32721063.jpg|52587454] and hunted for something to read similar and noticed that pretty much all my kindle books were contemporary romances. Then I decided to scour Amazon for new paranormal reads and this was a freebie!!

I am so glad I downloaded it! I loved pretty much everything about it. It had vampires, romance, action, sexual tension... and then a little shocker at the end!

I really need to read the rest of this trilogy!
