This read had me feeling a range of emotions; from heartache to anger to pride. Avery was born in the wrong body and has always identified as a male. That in itself is already hard to deal with as people and his peers are constantly giving him grief and calling him all sorts of things from freak to queer but now he also has to deal with an unforeseen tragedy that has everyone reeling.

This author's gripping tale of lost love, tragedy, bigotry and acceptance captured me from the very beginning with a beautifully written story line and characters that draw you in. As the mother of a teenager that identifies as a female I highly recommend this to everyone and thank the author for this well written book.

The most important show ever made

This is not only the greatest TV show ever made it is also one of the most important shows ever made - everyone NEEDS to watch this...everything is perfect. The acting, the cinematography - just everything. I've never been so bought into a story so quickly and I've never cared about characters so quickly. Just so amazingly done. So now we get to the importance part - it is vital that people see this show. I've never felt so much anger and hatred to a character or group of characters than I did to the 'higher ups' and men in power who ignored people or safety precautions and then tried to cover stuff up....I cant say anymore without spoiling. Greatest show EVER - WATCH IT!!

I seriously loved this book. Parts had me close to tears from the feelings in the book.. other times I was close to tears from laughing so hard. This was the first book by this author I have read and am very glad I did. It was amazing. The writing and plot sucked me into the story and made me feel like I was there. I had to know what was going to happen and couldn't put it down until I found out. I loved the characters and that they didn't have an easy time. The love, fear, happiness and sadness. The anger all of it was so well written I was feeling all of it with them and couldn't wait to see if things would change. Amazing!
